Manufacturing Facility
4miZyme is developing an integrated microbial manufacturing facility spanning over 75,000 square feet of built-up area in Coimbatore, India.
The site includes dedicated blocks for R&D, pilot plant, production, quality control, and administration, designed to support commercial-scale probiotic manufacturing and microbial bioprocessing.
The facility is being designed with modular expansion capability to support future increases in fermentation capacity and manufacturing throughput.
In addition to probiotics, the facility will provide flexible infrastructure to support the manufacture of enzymes and other microbial products as part of 4miZyme’s broader bioprocessing platform.
Technology Platform
4miZyme is building a scalable microbial manufacturing platform combining strain development, fermentation, downstream processing, and formulation.
Our platform is designed to support:
• Human and animal probiotic products
• Custom microbial consortia
• Contract fermentation and bioprocessing
• Future enzyme and microbial product manufacturing
Production Infrastructure
The production block is designed to house industrial-scale fermentation systems and downstream processing infrastructure, including biomass separation, drying, blending, and packaging capabilities.
The modular design allows phased expansion of production capacity as global demand grows.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance
4miZyme is developing dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance infrastructure to support microbiological testing, analytical testing, stability studies, and documentation systems aligned with global regulatory expectations.
The facility is being designed with GMP-aligned zoning and workflows to support future regulatory certifications for global markets.
